Many of my coworkers work from home. It's extremely helpful to them, whether they are sick, out of town, on vacation, pregnant, etc. It gives the feeling that you aren't pressured to come in if your health isn't great.

This one is a little frustrating. They have an outside group they've hired to focus on HR for Cotopaxi. And although the outside group is very good, when it comes to very specific questions, they aren't sure how to answer since they don't actually work for Cotopaxi.

They seem pretty innovative. There's always room to improve and particulars to hone in, but the creative department does a good job at continually rethinking old ideas.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Operations team at Cotopaxi?
It seems like there are not a lot of growth opportunities. If there are, I personally have not seen many, unless you are already in a higher up position. Right now it would change a lot for me if I knew there was any change or growth available in the future. Being at a position in which there seems to be no growth makes me feel as if this job is just a job, whereas seeing the possibility to grow, take on responsibilities, move departments, etc. gives me the feeling that I'm part of a larger picture, and that I can contribute to the company as a whole.
