  • Many of my coworkers work from home. It's extremely helpful to them, whether they are sick, out of town, on vacation, pregnant, etc. It gives the feeling that you aren't pressured to come in if your health isn't great.

  • They seem pretty innovative. There's always room to improve and particulars to hone in, but the creative department does a good job at continually rethinking old ideas.

  • It seems like there are not a lot of growth opportunities. If there are, I personally have not seen many, unless you are already in a higher up position. Right now it would change a lot for me if I knew there was any change or growth available in the future. Being at a position in which there seems to be no growth makes me feel as if this job is just a job, whereas seeing the possibility to grow, take on responsibilities, move departments, etc. gives me the feeling that I'm part of a larger picture, and that I can contribute to the company as a whole.
