They seem pretty innovative. There's always room to improve and particulars to hone in, but the creative department does a good job at continually rethinking old ideas.

It seems like there are not a lot of growth opportunities. If there are, I personally have not seen many, unless you are already in a higher up position. Right now it would change a lot for me if I knew there was any change or growth available in the future. Being at a position in which there seems to be no growth makes me feel as if this job is just a job, whereas seeing the possibility to grow, take on responsibilities, move departments, etc. gives me the feeling that I'm part of a larger picture, and that I can contribute to the company as a whole.
