It is an excellent package
Unlimited PTO, 10% in the Wild Time, bucket list trips with tenure, and health care. Oh, and deals on gear.
Stock options aren't offered to every employee equally, even though Corporate advertises as such. The health insurance is great, however; it feels unfair to exclude certain departments from getting stock options for unknown reasons.
Better pay equals more passion.

Tons of applicants for every role- they hire well for the role and are very focused on diverse teams
The number of people you get to meet! I hear it's highly competitive to get a position
All of the interviewers were well spoken, prepared and kind. They made me excited to have the opportunity to join their team.
I was able to get to know a lot of different people on the team through the multiple stage interview process.
That they tested more for social interaction and communication rather than skills and knowledge. They already knew my skills and knowledge coming into the interview from my resume.
