Very smart and capable people
People are encouraged to show up as they are, which makes the team unique, diverse and always exciting.
They are highly effieceint workers
People that genuinely care about each other and pitch in to help each other in times of need (at work or personal).
Each team member is trusted to work hard and be honest without micromanagment or constantly needing instruction. It's nice to know that your employer trusts you to do your work, because it gives you freedom and control of your daily workload.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication, updating calendars, follow through on task management/accountability to other team members, remember that in a start up environment a "I will try my best" is always better than a "Can't do, no time" attitude.
