I USED to be excited, that is, until they let me and several others who were being productive and some of their best producers, go.

What are the most important soft skills to be successful at Datasite?
Well, you need to be submissive, know how to flatter your peers who see themselves above you and never give a different opinion. Just go with the flow. Offer lots of lip service, not actual contribution. Do not work harder than them as they will make your life miserable for that.

Lots of lip service, no integrity, immature, insecure , extremely arrogant kids
