  • I'm salaried exempt, so I can supplement my insufficient and undervalued salary with overtime pay. Of course, that means I'm missing out on my home life and my work/life balance suffers. Been way out of whack for years, but that's the only way I can keep my bills paid.

  • More about their services

  • Culture and "leadership" are terrible. Management makes uninformed and poorly thought out decisions that result in more messes than they solve, only to follow on with layers upon layers of "band aid" solutions, rather than reverting from, or scrapping bad ideas entirely. They're beholden to a decision, no matter how bad, poorly thought out, or improperly trained and executed. I wish I could tell my younger self not to work here.

Asked to all employees at RR Donnelley

  • CEO is out of touch with the people, and closed-minded when it comes to innovation. Runs every business unit as if it were a plant, when many divisions are nowhere near that type of scenario. Restructure raises so that they truly reward those who contribute, and not just 1% to everyone, whether a superstar or utterly mediocre. Stop outsourcing benefits to lowest bidder. They're terrible and just keep getting worse. Stop buying companies that have one marginally useful thing (that was probably only relevant 10 years ago), and focus on modernizing and innovating from within.

  • Not an adventurous or modern thinker. Makes money for shareholders, but doesn't value the backs upon whose work he profits.

  • 1% increase only - yearly, regardless of performance.
