  • There is virtually zero upline at RRD in plant customer service. Once you top out in rank/pay, you're stagnant. No opportunities for professional growth with company recognition or funding. Want to take some classes to bolster your knowledge of common applications? You're paying for it. Want to get certified for Project Management? You're paying for it. Zero assistance, recognition or professional benefit. I feel stifled. I constantly remind myself that "talent moves up or out." There is no "up" here - only out.
