I interviewed with team members and executives from other business units and was able to learn a lot about the culture and the cross-functional work of my role. Interviewees were candid, open, and were interested in learning about what motivates me at work.

Our team truly cares about each other and we know that when one of us succeeds we all succeed. Everyone shows up and does their best work and we don't hesitate to ask for help or reach out to each other when faced with challenges.
