What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Emphasis on cooperation and alignment. Reminders to share praise for each other as often as possible.

Our store is calm amd our GM has a zero tolerance on those trying to bring drama in.

The culture we are told to adhere to is awesome, unfortunately it is not practiced by all (especially C suite and Executives)

Workkng to get things moving.

It's a very diverse culture

Some people are great, but for the most part, the culture is more toxic than the BP spill off the Gulf of Mexico.

Everyone gets along with each other

People care and leadership cares.

Our team members love our IHOP and Appblebee's brands. We really do all work to ensure our guests have the best experiences they can at our restaurants. There's a joy and happiness that comes with supporting that mission.

Diversity & inclusion. Dine Brands has resource groups for different communities within the organization, giving team members the chance to get involved in processes that can improve policies and provides a safe space for us to discuss issues important to our communities.
