What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was remote with a small team. They asked relevant questions and everyone was pleasant.
I was brought in as a contractor, after being there 5 months I was moved over to a full time position within the company.

It was not that hard and relatively straightforward
The recruiter was in contact with me via phone after the couple interviews I had. When I interviewed in the office (pre-covid) the same recruiter made it a point to meet me in person. This company cares!
Talked to a variety of different people in different departments, which gave me a good holistic view at who I would be working with.
I interviewed with team members and executives from other business units and was able to learn a lot about the culture and the cross-functional work of my role. Interviewees were candid, open, and were interested in learning about what motivates me at work.
Meeting the team. It provided great insight into the company culture.
Transparency. They were upfront about the compensation package, making it easy to evaluate if this role was the right fit.
