Talked to a variety of different people in different departments, which gave me a good holistic view at who I would be working with.
I interviewed with team members and executives from other business units and was able to learn a lot about the culture and the cross-functional work of my role. Interviewees were candid, open, and were interested in learning about what motivates me at work.
