Communication has increased since I have been here and I attribute this to our leadership team. They truly listen to the feedback Team Members provide and from there update/adjust policies.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not sabotaging employees and helping them grow

The whole leadership team needs to be wiped and replaced with a leader who cares about their people and less about doing some Office Space shenanigans by trying to cut head count (this company already runs lean) just to keep the EPS up.

Standing up to franchisees and aligning them with the future.
