Discount Tire has been a great company to grow my experience an knowledge. It has by far been the best company I've worked for so far. Of course there ups and downs as well as drawbacks that happen as they do with every company, but overall my experience has been positive.

The leadership team on a store level is always looking out for your best interests from my experience. Every manager I've had has wanted me and pushed me to the next level in my career. They are always constructive and give life-lessons along the way.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel like for the amount of work and the type of work that we do deserves more compensation. Being able to afford a house and to live comfortably is my main priority and I feel like you don't get that until you reach the Senior/ General manager level.
