Were a very diverse group of people, we have people from all over the world in origin, all of us are treated the same and we all are allowed to express ourselves differently.
At the specific store always making fun of eachother and teasing is a common but its okay we get along just not a extremely positive environment if some one doesn't like it

Manager needs to start motivating the employees or start looking for good/experienced people to hire instead of just anyone
Eliminate the leadership structure in IT and return to the true core values. Have true culture keepers and encourage them by showing that the executives are not just saying the words but living and promoting them
