The leadership team on a store level is always looking out for your best interests from my experience. Every manager I've had has wanted me and pushed me to the next level in my career. They are always constructive and give life-lessons along the way.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Extending trust. Not micromanaging, collaboration and recognition.

Motivating and working with the new workers and teaching them the right things all the assistant manager are great and help but all complain about jeremy the store manager because hes constantly getting upset and jeremy gets upset when you dont stay later than when your scheduled

Communication and not doing things on a hurry

They need to get their executives more involved. And eliminate favoritism.

Have Human Resources monitor the regional managers

Helping to make the store run smoothly and efficiently rather than sitting in the office on their phone

Integrity and fairness. The managers at TXE02 DO NOT police their store with fairness. Their integrity is the Lowe?

wish I had enough space to tell you the reasons to why you should avoid working for Discount Tire. I worked for this company for 12 1/2 years. I did learn alot about customer service, but discount tire don't care for its employees. It's not what you did yesterday, but what you do today.
