The technicians and most of the assistant managers are amazing. Team work in the back room is exquisite! Some of the best guys I?

Techs have your back always supportive and always there for you and are accountable. If they are not they are not discount tire material.

For the most part, we are all very hard working. Turning cars is not a problem at all. Most of my guys in the back will keep their head down and push cars out regardless of how big out line is.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management team. They are always asking how we are doing in terms of outside and inside work. They seem as if they actually care about our well being. This honestly makes me want to keep coming to work
