What did you like most about the interview process?
It seemed to be very easy and fast paced which helped me a lot while I was between jobs
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly trying to get me to grow into the next position. On top of that, they sincerely care about my life outside of work and help with any problems I may be having.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management team. They are always asking how we are doing in terms of outside and inside work. They seem as if they actually care about our well being. This honestly makes me want to keep coming to work
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, we are all very hard working. Turning cars is not a problem at all. Most of my guys in the back will keep their head down and push cars out regardless of how big out line is.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. Being able to interact with my managers and coworkers and it feel as if my managers are trying to control everything I do. Even though they are higher than me, they treat me as equal to their status. Constantly asking me what I would do in certain situations.
