It's an environment where it's safe to fail. When I've had failures, instead of being asked "what's wrong with you?" I've been asked "what did you learn?" -- that's POWERFUL.

I love the unlimited PTO, flexible work hours, the ability to work remote, our vacation allowance, and the personal development budget. It's UNREAL the amount of great stuff I'm given :)
