While I am still getting use to it, as I have not had the luxury in previous companies - having unlimited PTO allows for real life to take place in a realistic fashion.

Never seem to worry about drama. Everything is super chill. Even when stressful situation arise, they are handled with care.

Disruptive has a radical candor policy where we don't hold feedback back because of fear. People deliver positive, constructive feedback daily and it really help people grow and progress quickly.
