Learning new things and growing in my field which Disruptive allows me to do very well. I get to do really fun and challenging projects everyday.

I liked that they first asked me to design something. This way I could prove to them right away that I could be a great asset to their team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is happy to be here. Other places I worked I would hear complaints everyday about work and being there. Here everyone seems to love being here which is so nice.
