I love that they really tested your creativity, thought process and even asked how you felt about your skillset.

They really want you to excel and develop your skills to not only benefit the company but to long-term benefit your life. They are wonderful to work with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I wish we did/wrote more content around our work as managers and showing statistics and things that set us apart as a company in comparison to others.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would really like to see more female workers in the workplace. There has been a great growth in having females in the office and I greatly appreciate that!
You know, we are really trying to hire more female employees and over the past year we have made tremendous changes! We understand the need for diversity in both gender and thought in the workplace so happy to hear your comment!

I love that I can use my skills and talents to improve a business and our clients. I am an artsy person and I love that I can help shape content for our clients's success!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that I do not need to worry about getting things covered... I have all the coverage I need for medical and I feel like even benefits like bonuses are even fairy given to those who work hard!

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my boss wants me to constantly improve and constructively helps me do that! He is patient, supportive and really knowledgeable about the work we do and I have grown so much since working here at Disruptive!
