The pay structure is very fair. You get your base plus a bonus based on performance every month. Very friendly for hard-working employees.

They listen to my issues and concerns when I have them. They push me outside of my comfort zone and allow me to grow.

Environment is really why I'm still here. It's just an awesome place to be everyday. There is a lot of stress in Agency work but the workplace definitely brings it down.
