At first I really didn’t care for the job as time went on I began to like the job and started working hard
not to good, considering the times my paycheck was short 4 out of the first 5 paychecks. Cheating us out of overtime pay on the shift pay.
Some days I find it very hard to stay positive. I do not feel valued. When I can do my job, I love it.
mostly positive but the company is missing some fundamental processes that need to e put in place soon for the company to really grow.
Enjoyed working for the previous owners. Several buyouts of the company in a short period has made it a challenge to work for.
