For the most part we all seem to get along. Most of us can even talk and work at the same time. Most we jump around to different jobs to keep the line moving.

We come together and work hard even when we are short staffed

They need a few brush up reminders on bullying and gossiping

they need to stop picking on certain people and give someone other than friends the chance to move and learn more stations on the line

We have a very young team and keeping moral up is tough.
