Only speaking for one of locations they own. Leadership from the company that was purchased know their product and were customer oriented, The personnel under Dometic are money driven. What will keep this division profitable they are lacking,
Americas leadership team is very new but they have brought on a new level of talent to take the organization to the next level

I would have loved to have not beeb made redundant adtet being signed off for mental health foe 2 months, to then be signed off again, and because i didnt attend a redundancy meeting they gave me a meeting for non attendance. Yes thats right.
I show up to work everyday,they have employees who miss alot of work, get mad and quit,same employees come back as rehires and get team led jobs, material handler, go back to higher paying line jobs. Oh,and their getting rewarded with more money. Dedicated employee making same as new employee.

Big company purchase and now we've become a number. Go back to what made the company prosperous and a reason companies were interested in its purchase because it was a money maker. Going back to the basics of offering a quality product and having a customer service level that stands out
Poor managers and poor communication is a huge factor in negative work enviornment.
Again truthfully inform the employees about what is going on. And cut out all the down time. The hourly employees have bills to pay and if we are not working we don't get a check. Unlike the salary employees in the office.
