Big Prarie, Ohio Management shows Favoritism towards certain people. Been with the company for years and they give thier select new people who have less than a year the team lead, and office jobs. Management makes sure those select people get the better raises while we get same pay as new people!

Management will have food brought in for us occasionally.

We try to have each other's back,we help each other outside of the work environment.

I didn't have one. I received a phone call offering me a job by my application.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to respect the employees. This facility takes care of who they want to. Meanwhile always pressuring for more productivity when we are giving them the best we can. Understaffed, overworked.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I show up to work everyday,they have employees who miss alot of work, get mad and quit,same employees come back as rehires and get team led jobs, material handler, go back to higher paying line jobs. Oh,and their getting rewarded with more money. Dedicated employee making same as new employee.
