not to good, considering the times my paycheck was short 4 out of the first 5 paychecks. Cheating us out of overtime pay on the shift pay.

Quit sitting on their rear ends and taking 20 to 30 minute smoke breaks ever 40 to 60 minutes.

To be better informed, truthfully about what is going on with the company especially at the plant we are working at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part we all seem to get along. Most of us can even talk and work at the same time. Most we jump around to different jobs to keep the line moving.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again truthfully inform the employees about what is going on. And cut out all the down time. The hourly employees have bills to pay and if we are not working we don't get a check. Unlike the salary employees in the office.
