What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are excited and passionate about the work they do

Management will have food brought in for us occasionally.

Its a small town atmosphere

That it knows it needs to change to surrive

When we are short staffed we still try and work through the difficulties

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fear and worry due to lack of communication hinders productivity.

To be better informed, truthfully about what is going on with the company especially at the plant we are working at.

less friends being in charge need more older and someone that wont take one side with just one and listens to both sides of a problem
