Overall the company has been an eye opening & positive opportunity. Its challenged and pushed me past limits I did not know existed. In the future I hope our department is able to scale to the appropriate size to make Egnyte more profitable and unstoppable.

Industry standards have changed and some departments took a lot longer to realize this and compensate for it. I would say it is working in the right direction however if you label raises as inflation and not due to performance then it might be harder to retain them as employees.
