Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Valley is just so expensive that you are almost certainly able to find better pay at a more established (read: not startup) company. What makes me feel better about my compensation is opportunities for growth (conferences, trainings, 20% time/hackathons to gain more breadth) and good benefits.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WFH is best suited to me and people are really helpful. The work culture here is not at all stressed, employees are not asked to work on weekends.

Company as the whole, on many levels is really interested in well being of everyone here - regardless of the position, gender etc. and taking into account the size of the company, diversity etc. it's not easy. If there are new challenges, improvements needed etc. the company reacts quickly
