I think the leadership team is amazing in their decisions on how to take Egnyte onto new horizons, we recently became a unicorn after a long time and a lot of hard-work and our leadership is focused on taking the baby steps and growing the top line in an achievable and realistic way.

I get to learn new things, I get to be innovative and people believe in me. My managers and team let me work the way I want and completely trust in my abilities is what drives me to work every day.

More development coverage in the US. We have fabulous engineers, but it's a challenge to support customers in North America without engineering representation in the US.
