This has been the best organization I have participated in outside of my time in the Navy. It's not perfect, but the people around you care about you and the job and the product is great, so you feel like you are making a difference for our customers.

Most of my team is competitive so we play a lot of small work-related games to keep us motivated during the day

It reminds me of my time in the military. We joke and give each other a hard time but really we are all here to help each other when we need it.

My leadership team has gone above and beyond to learn about me as a person. They have done everything in their power to help guide me down a path that not only is beneficial to the company but also for me and my career goals
