I have been here a few months, I enjoy every single person, I believe in our product. Working 8-5 in office everyday can cut into work/life balance, often times I am exhausted when I get home. However I enjoy working at Egnyte

Everybody is easy to talk to. I think having snacks and drinks is a major plus, i never have to go out of my way to buy those

I wish there was a small boost in salary for sales roles. SDR and AE having similar strategies makes it hard for someone to be motivated to move up in roles
