I work with a group of very innovative and hard working people. They usually go above and beyond to support each other. The same can be said about my managers as well, they are very helpful and protective of the team.

I get to learn new things, I get to be innovative and people believe in me. My managers and team let me work the way I want and completely trust in my abilities is what drives me to work every day.

I think the leadership team is amazing in their decisions on how to take Egnyte onto new horizons, we recently became a unicorn after a long time and a lot of hard-work and our leadership is focused on taking the baby steps and growing the top line in an achievable and realistic way.
