I have the impression that overall there is a will to do better and make employee feel good, but this is not always reflected for real on a day-to-day basis.

we work hard and do a lot of overtime and this is not taken into consideration. The salary increases are not systematic and do not compensate the inflation. Also, there is no compensation for working from home.

Emails/chats to handle have increased tremendously the last 2 years. I feel I have to be available right away and answering questions ASAP, regardless of my priorities. It is really overwhelming. It takes more time. I feel I'm not moving as fast as I could because I'm constantly interrupted
