EnsembleIQ Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The volunteer and floating holidays are a great and inclusive addition.

theoretically the pay is related to the benefits i bring to the company

Review from Sales Dept

Health benefits + Competitive salary

Review from Sales Dept

The opportunity to be able to be in person at some events

Review from Operations Dept

Salary benefits and health plan

Review from Operations Dept

The best part is uncapped commission

Review from Sales Dept

I have no complaints, seems standard

My benefits and automatic 401k.

Review from Sales Dept

I think the best is our medical insurance

I like that I have a very good medical service policy with benefits

Base salary and commission is the best part

Review from Sales Dept

salary, PTO to a degree

The health package is very complete, I feel the company really wants their employees to be in good shape and have a healthy work/life balance

Review from Operations Dept

Summer hours, medical, dental, EAP program

Internet bill compensation is a plus

Review from Operations Dept

additional prepaid medicine and home office location

Review from Operations Dept

Review from Operations Dept

The Medical Insurance is good.

Review from Operations Dept

The balance of vacation days, personal, and volunteer days provide opportunity for work/life balance. I also really enjoy the wellness support.

Review from Sales Dept

Performance Bonus, Phone plus internet

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued as a person, but perhaps in terms of what I can contribute to the team.

Salary does not meet industry standards

Review from Operations Dept

Really would like to see 401k matching

The base for a salesperson with a lot of experience is pretty low. The commission structure percentages are also low.

Review from Sales Dept

Essentially, I earned more doing less of a job 20 years ago

Given the current inflation rate, I feel a raise should reflect that otherwise employees will look for new employment.

Review from Operations Dept

I don't feel like I am being recognized or used to my fullest potential. I would be willing to take on more responsibility if I were to be compensated.

Review from Operations Dept

I've grown my sales territory on average 7% to 8% per year since 2013. Current budget allocations are beyond aggressive. EIQ has policy of 85% threshold to get your 100% commission rate. I will miss the 85% some months due to aggressive budget, but still grow my territory, but EIQ will pay me less.

Review from Sales Dept

Salary more inline with my market value and responsibilities of the role.

Review from Sales Dept

Inconsistent practices regarding merit increases, too many years without them. Underpaid versus competitive set.

I've struggled to find adequate mentorship and support, despite expressing interest in developing with EIQ and growing as an employee. My raise last year (1.5%) was also really disappointing and did not even provide an adequate cost of living adjustment, let alone reflect my contributions.

Review from Sales Dept

I do feel undervalued at times, mostly due to lack of fiscal recognition when my job has changed and required much more. I also strongly feel let down year after year when we don't receive a monetary bonus. The blankets and treats are nice but I'd much rather receive money.

I think I am underpaid for my position and for the contributions I make to my brand.

we work hard and do a lot of overtime and this is not taken into consideration. The salary increases are not systematic and do not compensate the inflation. Also, there is no compensation for working from home.

I know that my counterparts at other companies make more than I do. I know this because those companies have made job offers to me (that include salary numbers). But I love my current job and would not leave.

A raise, matching 401K, better education programs to grow my career, a manager that actually cares about my career and not just his own. Also, a manager who is emotionally balanced.

I feel valued by my co-workers and managers, but I just know I could be earning a few thousand more than what I am currently.

Less commission - higher base salary

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is very low for the quantity and quality of work produced.

Review from Sales Dept

More money always helps. We should also be given the opportunity to earn additional vacation days based on our years of service within the company. We should always be allowed to carry over vacation days to the following year, not only during COVID.
