Overall, good. All the uncertainty and unrelenting changes have seemed to subside in the last year, but the negative part of the experience is the lack of significant individual raises and yearly (or, in a perfect world) quarterly bonuses. That would really shift my feeling toward the company.

Kind, caring good people. The people is the best part of this job, hands down. The lack of corporate politics and distain for their job just doesn't exist here on a large scale in my opinion.

Felt comradery and tolerance. The remembrance call for Dereck from Digital Operations was one of the most moving things I've noticed from not only this company, but any other. That was truly special and made me proud to work here.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I do feel undervalued at times, mostly due to lack of fiscal recognition when my job has changed and required much more. I also strongly feel let down year after year when we don't receive a monetary bonus. The blankets and treats are nice but I'd much rather receive money.
