My experience has been fairly positive. Wonderful management and a fabulous HR team, but there's a deep level of toxicity on the specific teams that I have worked with more closely.

There's a level of bigoted hostility coming from a few people on my team, and unfortunately those individuals are increasingly rewarded for their behavior with promotions and raises.

I've struggled to find adequate mentorship and support, despite expressing interest in developing with EIQ and growing as an employee. My raise last year (1.5%) was also really disappointing and did not even provide an adequate cost of living adjustment, let alone reflect my contributions.
