Overall - Im dying at this company. They would need to rip me out of this company cause im not leaving. I love my job, I love the culture, I love the people, and the work. It challenges me and makes me a better person everyday. I feel valued and supported 10000% of the time and am never alone!

The culture is great, which is what keeps me but I wish we got paid more and recognized more. We do so much for every team that it feels the buck is always passed to us to clean up or fix. It doesnt feel very one team across the board.

Nobody on my team has any ego or attachments. They are truly one team and help out EVERYONE. regardless if they are scheduled as "on"

We love eachother so much! These weirdos are my family, and even working remote we have built such strong connections - I know them like the back of my hand!

The cost of living to salary ratio is hard. We make it work because we love this place but living paycheck to paycheck does cause some stress outside of work.

My team is always willing to help each other out - I can lean into my team when I need it and still have the space to take on new challenges

I always feel we have a space to go to for help. Regardless of what is going on in their day, they are always willing to help us out even in their busy days!

I wish there would be more awareness to what they are paying us. We can't speak up to ask for raises or its considered black mail. I wish I could full comfortable asking for a raise

I love that I have a team. As a leader you are in a separate role from your team however I have gained an entire new team to rely on and have support no matter who it is!

I love that I have constant support. If I ever need anything, they are there to support me and I never feel alone or on my own. We are one team through and through - it is my home!

The culture is so incredibly positive!! Everyone is always happy even when we are in the grind and there is 800 things we need to get done, everyone is genuinely happy to be there and get those things done because we all have a common goal together!
