The team is hard work and like-minded. Very outgoing and family value oriented.

Being surrounded by hardworking people who don't make offensive jokes and care about my well-being. Some of my close friends at Everlight are truly amazing and foster growth and development.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

As many in the company would agree, Everlight utilizes a "family" mentality to pressure putting in 90 hr weeks if not more at a 40 hr week pay. With events and additional tasks, there comes a limit to continuing this at this rate. High burn out.

Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?

How welcoming everyone is -- I will say the culture, in general, is horrible regarding DEI and the utilization of a DEI department and HR. The usage of slurs and inappropriate jokes is NOT okay and is not a good culture to motivate, yet that's exactly what is happening, and you cant speak up.
