Working at Everlight changed my life. I wish that was dramatic but I was in a hard spot when I first started and Everlight showed me nothing but kindness, how to work hard, and that they care about their employees as individuals. I do not have enough words to say how grateful I am for Everlight.

The most positive aspect of the culture is the core values. Everyone really strives to live them as people and it shows. Everyone cares about who we are as individuals and not just employees.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am told I go above and beyond, set the bar for the team, and give 150%. But when I asked for a raise I was told we are meritocracy. It really should be said that you only get a raise if you get into a leadership position, not if you go above and beyond for the position you were hired for.
