My experience has been very enlightening. I feel that I've met my match with the type of people that work at Everlight. I am surrounded by the most driven and caring people, and have grown so much myself since I started working here.

I've had a great experience so far. My team has been so supportive and welcoming from the very start and we always have each others backs. I've absolutely loved the work I do and really feel proud of what I produce and get done each day!

Our leaders genuinely care about our lives in and out of work. They're always checking in to make sure we're not overloading, and looking for feedback. Our leaders always have our backs.

My team! The team that I'm on is one of my favorite things about showing up every day. I love the work I do, but getting to do it with them makes it infinitely better!

I love that our leadership team is focused on helping us succeed. It's clear they care about how we're feeling about the work that we're doing and want us to be the best versions of ourselves.

It makes me happy to hop on my computer and know that I'm helping our customers and helping the planet. It makes me happy how focused we are on getting our customers solar QUICK. I know every day I come to work I'm making a difference.

I really love the Everlight long term incentive program! It's so cool how we get to be so involved with Everlight on a deeper level, and the execs were beyond generous with the package they chose, and making sure we're really getting awarded for the company's growth.

The most positive thing about our culture is that we really push each other to become better in all areas of our lives. We motivate each other to do amazing things at work, but we also support and encourage each other to grow and become better people outside of work.

I love that my team feels like a family. We all come from completely different backrounds and live in different states, yet we're all such similar people in terms of our work ethic and drive, so we all work fantastic as a team. Our team is incredibly supportive of each other.

I love getting to talk to my team every day. Every person always shows up with such a positive attitude, and hearing them talk about their work always makes me want to work harder myself. We have such relentless people and I love how it makes me feel more motivated myself.

In my eyes, the most positive thing about our culture is our care for our own and each other's personal growth. I've read some of my absolute favorite books during book club, and had some of the most amazing discussions with my team. It's really showed me what driven people surround me here.
