Define leadership (local or executive)? Local leadership is friendly and seems to care. Executive leadership seems to be disconnected in supporting corporate policies.
Experience of some employees provides needed guidance, on the other hand, many employees have been here for a long time and are in the "we've always done it that way mentality."
Pay is below previous employer(s). Vacation, sick, holiday, and so forth is all divided into buckets - prefer to have a lump sum of PTO to use as desired. PTO is also below previous employer(s).
It's just a job, and enables me to provide for my family. Nothing exciting about it. I enjoy many of my collogues, but definitely not excited about going to work every day. I would prefer to have the option of working remotely sometimes, but do not see that this position affords it.
