My coworkers and customers are great to see and be around
After much hard work, I turned down a management position due to poor management. I was still given the responsibility and duties, but no compensation or recognition.
Leaders help a team grow rather than cut their hours to get them to quit. I feel that my management team needs to be retrained about team work and accountability. You cant force three people to do all the work while letting others stand around making the company look bad.
