The fact that coworkers are willing to help each other when they notice someone struggling in the weeds is very positive. But the fact that some managers get mad about it is not.

they need to hire people that are actually good for the job rather than picking up bums off the side of the road and hiring them just so they can come to work and scream at underage girls and grab them.
