The interviewing process is really nice
Maybe hired better people that arwnt their frineds or family
Be more positive and nice
They said they would call me within 5 days...took them a week ans a half.
We need to click personally and listen. Can't come in with an agenda.
Actually ask questions that are relevant to the job.
i would actually interview the people in my opinion, i basically was hired on the spot with 3 questions asked and no past work experience. they didn't even ask me for a food handlers card until i was working there for about 5 months.
