Leaders help a team grow rather than cut their hours to get them to quit. I feel that my management team needs to be retrained about team work and accountability. You cant force three people to do all the work while letting others stand around making the company look bad.

I personally have no problem with one of 2 supervisors but the other supervisor and the manager need to treat their employees better because it is not only me. 7 people have quit in the past month due to their behavior and I wanna make sure this doesnt happen again !!

Stop trying to be the best friend there's a line between employees and managers

Being available and open. Ask how I'm doing and listen. Don't just blow me off. Chant the bad attitudes of other people. Let me have some freedom to do my job instead of being under a microscope.
