Leaders help a team grow rather than cut their hours to get them to quit. I feel that my management team needs to be retrained about team work and accountability. You cant force three people to do all the work while letting others stand around making the company look bad.

I personally have no problem with one of 2 supervisors but the other supervisor and the manager need to treat their employees better because it is not only me. 7 people have quit in the past month due to their behavior and I wanna make sure this doesnt happen again !!
