They way management treats the employees

Yes i feel hella undervalued

Need more pay . More teamwork ,

Customers often scream at us and managers will give in often to their crazy demands, and the drama that happens there is crazy, and often exhausting. If reports were taken seriously and managers actually helped their employees it could be 100% a more postive learning enviroment.

thre manager said he didnt care what we got paid.

Everyone works together positively usually

Most are great workers & friends

I haven't really noticed anything great about any answer

They work together really well, some of great friends with each other, some actually pick up shifts for each other, and some actually do amazing work and customer service.

My team are all dedicated to improving and throughout multiple times, have boosted my confidence on becoming a manager

Helping instead of putting the work on one person

Teamwork, everybody thinks they are better than others and always tries to underestimate.

Coworkers are allowed to use manager pins and often get away with clocking out early, not helping their fellow workers, and bossing others around constantly (especially the men.)

Need to learn how to work amongst eachother while stressed. Employees need to be more vocal

Having great employees who not only do amazing work but are amazing cooperating with each other. The supervisors and managers really need to get it together cause it is extremely bad there.

they need to hire people that are actually good for the job rather than picking up bums off the side of the road and hiring them just so they can come to work and scream at underage girls and grab them.

When things are done filled out, the lobby is clean, employees helping each other in the back and in the front of houses. Our machines working and providing with what the customer needs. Having reliable hours and having everything stocked.

Wait times are long due to being understaffed. Need more staff.

Pick up pay. And set hours.

The people cooking a really slow and the managers are just there to stand there or sit in their office and not do any work

What can be improved is the management. More specifically treatment of employees, being able to hop on and help your employees when needed, and the manager always tells the supervisors to clock her on even when she's not working so maybe that can be fixed.

Recently because i brought an issue to managements attention i have been retaliated against for doing so. My shifts have been less staffed than hers and if employees do come in to help me out she sends them home. Her bestfriend is the gm so i cant go to her for assistance either.
