This is a really toxic place to work. There is little to no direction from management...Unprofessional, unethical behavior is ignored so much that it is accepted.

Leadership needs to care about the company, rather than just allowing incompetent managers to hire and promote their friends. This is the most obviously toxic place I have ever worked.

There is too much tolerance of toxic, unethical behavior in mid-senior positions in the company. No one in the company management cares - because nobody wants to deal with "personnel issues" ...
