Leadership gives the opportunity, it's up to you to make the best of it.
They are very chill and relaxed
Work as a team and together
My leadership team truly does care about the growth of the employee and of the company.
They are considerate. They care about their employees
With the exception of a few, the transparency and collaboration.
Review from Engineering Dept
Goal oriented and focused. Pushes the limits and capabilities of the company to show its full potential.
Review from Engineering Dept
Transparency is a problem. Results and progress (or lack of) are not readily shared with staff. Very secretive, compartmented culture.
They need to get to work. There is very little transparency and too many false promises. This is a very clique work culture and everyone else just waits their turn for work. They have lost all credibility
Holding workers accountable for there actions both positive and negitive
Listen to employee's work problems.
They need to come into the real world. This isn't a hobby for your children.
Improve technical competency so that they make better technical decisions and can contribute to staff training.
Care about their people/employees needs - teach, motivate, support Instead of CYA, power plays at meetings, arrogant empire building. Allow telecommuting and flex schedules (especially after the pandemic proved WFH works!). Offices beyond the 1960's.
Keeping the staff engaged in interesting work.
The CEO is not involved in running the business so management is free to do whatever suits their own interest including hiring family members and friends.
Review from Engineering Dept
Organization, Employee growth inside the company, and considering employees family life
Leadership needs to care about the company, rather than just allowing incompetent managers to hire and promote their friends. This is the most obviously toxic place I have ever worked.
Leading...actual leading, as opposed to pretending to "manage"
needs more patience and decision making
Communicating requirements and having input on our work.
