I make a lot of money here, and I get to work with qualified professionals. I like the people. I like the values we're striving for. There is no work-life balance. I don't feel valued as a person. There are no benefits other than pay. Things change so fast it's hard to know who's doing what when.

When I get to work reasonable hours, at a reasonable pace, with other competent and caring professionals, and we do a good job, and customers tell us how much they love us.

I like that the management team seems to be trying to make things more organized and more efficient so that we can be more profitable with fewer challenges, and they seem to want to improve the culture.

I'm not sure what is meant by "team," but all of the ops people I work with are extremely knowledgeable, capable, and professional, and I feel like almost all will bend over backwards to help get things done.

Really good people. We're able to get loans closed, and that's weirdly difficult at a lot of mortgage companies. I appreciate that management is trying to shift toward a focus on doing good in the world. The CEO's values strongly align with mine.

The only real benefit is the money. The money is good. The benefits are extremely expensive and the company doesn't cover much at all. I don't think we have 401k matching, and I don't know of any other benefits or perks we get for working here.
